This is a symmetrical/leading lines capture of the Old Folsom Truss Bridge, taken in Sacramento County, California. This bridge was built in 1893 to replace a previous bridge and used for livestock and wagons until 1917. The bridge was actually sold in 1930 and moved to the Klamath River from the American River until Folsom bought it back in 2000 and put back on its original abutments. Now it serves a popular pedestrian and bike path. This bridge, with its ornate, complex structure, still carries historical rules on its entrances as you can see in this photo.
