• Replacement: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part a replacement product will be shipped at no cost.
• Store Credit: In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.

• For physical products, you will be required to return the item to our office. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error; otherwise, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
